Side and rear window glass cannot be repaired like a windscreen if they become damaged, due to the way they are made. This means they will need to be replaced.
 

Side windows also break into tiny pieces when they shatter, unlike windscreens so it is important to get them replaced promptly when they are damaged to minimize the distribution of glass in your vehicle.
